Equality and Diversity

Brewer Wallace Limited is committed to preventing discrimination and promoting equality and diversity in its work with clients, personnel and all other third parties that work with the business. Everybody working for the business is expected and legally required to treat everyone equally and with the same attention, courtesy and respect regardless of any protected characteristics.

We will also ensure (as far as is reasonable) that nobody with whom we work suffers a substantial disadvantage as a result of any disability that they may have. The business will make reasonable adjustments to accommodate those people.

Equality and diversity surveys of our employees are periodically carried out, and from the anonymous data that is provided by them (employees are free to complete the survey or choose “prefer not to say”) we have been able to conclude that they fall into various protected characteristics as defined by the Equality Act 2010 (sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability etc).

Due to the risk of employees being identified through their anonymous data and reference to their staff profiles on our website,  we believe that we are unable to publish more specific details without the risk of breaching the Data Protection Act 2018.
