Wills and probate are among the services our solicitors in Hull provide from our Parliament Street office.

Who we help

We act for clients across Hull and the surrounding area, including Hessle, Anlaby, Willerby, Kirk Ella, Cottingham, Hedon and Beverley. Some are making a first will. Others are administering the estate of a parent or relative and need guidance on what banks and other institutions require.

This work is carried out by our wills and probate team under the supervision of a Director, and we will tell you at the outset who is handling your matter. Estate administration can take many months, and we aim to give you continuity throughout.

Office and home appointments

Our office is at 2 Parliament Street, Hull, HU1 2AP, in the city centre. Appointments are arranged in advance.

If travel is difficult because of ill health or caring responsibilities, we can arrange a home visit across Hull and the surrounding area. We also have offices in Bridlington and Hornsea, which may be more convenient for you or a relative.
