Our Hornsea office at 9-10 Southgate Court advises on making a will and on dealing with an estate after a death. The work is carried out by Deborah Taylor, a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx), under the supervision of Director Robert Wallace.

Who we help

We act for clients in Hornsea and the surrounding villages, including Mappleton, Aldbrough, Hollym, Atwick, Skipsea, Sigglesthorne, Leven and Brandesburton. Some are making a first will or updating an old one. Others are executors who need advice on their duties and on obtaining a grant of probate.

Deborah Taylor will normally be your point of contact from start to finish. If travelling to the office is difficult, please ask whether a home visit can be arranged.

Getting started

Telephone the Hornsea office on 01964 537856 to arrange an appointment. For a will, a summary of your property, savings and the people you wish to benefit is enough to begin. For an estate, bring whatever papers you have and we will identify what else is needed.

We also have offices in Hull and Bridlington if either is more convenient.
